Terms of Trade for Companion Animal Clients

Payment Options

• Vet Marlborough requires payment at the time services are rendered.
• We accept most credit cards, EFTPOS, Q Card, cash, and Afterpay.

Can I Get Credit?

• If you are unable to pay at the time of service, alternative payment arrangements must be organised prior to veterinary care proceeding.
  Interest may be charged on overdue accounts at a rate determined by Vet Marlborough Ltd from time to time.
  Any costs incurred in recovering outstanding monies will be charged to the customer. Where clients are in breach of agreed payment terms, debt collection and/or legal proceedings may follow.

Terms of Trade for our Production Animals & Horse Clients

• Payment is due by the 20th of the month following the date of invoice.
  Interest may be charged on overdue accounts at a rate determined by Vet Marlborough Ltd from time to time.
  Any costs incurred in recovering outstanding monies will be charged to the customer. Where clients are in breach of agreed payment terms, debt collection and/or legal proceedings may follow.
  Refrigerated goods supplied by Vet Marlborough Ltd are not eligible for return or credit. Non-refrigerated goods may only be returned for credit with prior approval from the Practice.
