Pre-purchase Health Checks
It can be a big decision to take on a new pet and concern about any possible undetected health problems in the pet may add to your decision making dilemma. This is particularly important when choosing an older pet that is being rehomed as they may already have some health issues. Young animals may also have congenital health problems that may not be obvious to you.
If possible it is a good idea to have a vet perform a health check on any animal before you make the final decision to take them on as a lifetime companion. We can perform a tip of nose to tip of tail examination and if necessary perform blood tests to check out internal organs for peace of mind.
