Terms of Trade for Companion Animal Clients
Payment Options
- The Vet Centre Marlborough does expect payment at the time services are rendered.
- We accept most credit cards, Eftpos, cheques, and even cash.
Can I Get Credit?
- If you really can’t pay at the time, you must organise alternative arrangements prior to veterinary care going ahead.
- Interest will be charged on overdue accounts at a rate to be decided by The Vet Centre Marlborough Ltd from time to time.
- Costs incurred to recover outstanding monies will be charged to the customer. Where clients are in breach of agreed payment terms, debt collection and/or legal proceedings may follow.
Terms of Trade for our Production Animals & Horse Clients
- Payment shall be paid by the 20th of the month, following the date of invoice.
- Interest will be charged on overdue accounts at a rate to be decided by The Vet Centre Marlborough Ltd from time to time.
- Costs incurred to recover outstanding monies will be charged to the customer. Where clients are in breach of agreed payment terms, debt collection and/or legal proceedings may follow.
- No refrigerated goods supplied by The Vet Centre Marlborough Ltd may be returned for credit. Other non-refrigerated goods may only be returned for credit with the agreement of the Practice.
